1. San Jose
San José, Costa Rica capital, is considered to be one of the safest cities in Latin America, as well as a major transportation hub for flights to other parts of the Costa Rica. San Jose is considered the freedom fighter pushing for full independence. This is why Cartago , the country’s first capital, lost its throne.
2. Limon
Puerto Limón is famous in Costa Rica for its yearly fall festival, Carnaval, which occurs in October. The event lasts about a week, and includes a parade, food, music, and dancing. Puerto Limón can be very hot and humid any day of the year.

Quepos city is one of the most impressive tropical cities in Costa Rica thanks to the high and rigorous protection of its flora and fauna. Quepos, Costa Rica is one of the top fishing destinations in the world to catch a Pacific Sailfish and home of the World Record Snook that weighed 59.5 pounds.

Dry Season- This peak tourist season boasts plenty of sunshine making it an ideal time for exploring rainforests and lounging on beaches. Many people said that, the dry season is the most popular and best time to visit Costa Rica.
