1. History
India has, at different times, been ruled by the Dutch, the French, the Portuguese, the Mughals, and the British. What India is today is shaped to a large extent by these international interactions.

A samosa is a South Asian fried or baked pastry with a savory filling like spiced potatoes, onions, peas, chicken and other meats, or lentils. It may take different forms, including triangular, cone, or half-moon shapes, depending on the region.
2. Biryani
Biryani is a mixed rice dish originating among the Muslims of the Indian subcontinent. It is made with Indian spices, rice, and meat usually that of chicken, goat, lamb, prawn, fish, and sometimes, in addition, eggs or vegetables such as potatoes in certain regional varieties.
3. Jalebi
Jalebi, also known as jilapi, jilebi, jilipi, zulbia, jerry, mushabak, or zalabia, is a popular sweet snack. It is made by deep-frying maida flour batter in pretzel or circular shapes, which are then soaked in sugar syrup.

Mumbai known as Commercial Capital of India is one of the most vibrant cities of India and home to Bollywood Industry. It is a bustling, diverse metropolis city with blend of Gothic Revival, Indo-Saracenic architectural style. Mumbai offers beaches like Juhu beach, pilgrimage spots, museums, shopping arcades and loads of other activities for tourists.
2. Dehli
Delhi, officially the National Capital Territory of Delhi, is a city and a union territory of India. It is bordered by Haryana on three sides and by Uttar Pradesh to the east. It is the world’s second most bird-rich city in the world – the first being Nairobi, the capital of Kenya. Delhi's Khari Baoli market is Asia's largest wholesale spice market.
3. Bengaluru
Bengaluru is famous for its lakes. Hebbal Lake, Nagavara Lake, Agara Lake, Sankey Tank and Ulsoor Lake will make very good picnic spots. Bangalore was known as the "Garden City of India" for the vast greenry all.
4. Chennai
Chennai, formerly known as Madras, is famous for its lively theatrical scene and more importantly is the hub for the classical National Dance of India, Bharatanatyam. It is also famous for shopping,marina beach,kabaleeshwarar too.
5. Kolkata
Kolkata is the capital of the Indian state of West Bengal. Located on the east bank of the Hooghly River, it is the principal commercial, cultural, and educational centre of East India, while the Port of Kolkata is India's oldest operating port.
Dry season- The best time to visit most of India is during the cool, dry season, between November and March. Delhi, Agra, Varanasi, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh are ideal at this time of year, and temperatures in Goa and central India remain comfortable. The heat of the south is never less than intense but it becomes stifling in May and June.
